I had a blast making these fun sweets! I really like the Mexican culture and know that Cinco de Mayo is more of a gringo thing but it's a great time to display some fun and creative arts! I made a margarita flavored white cake and did a key lime margarita cream cheese frosting (say that three times fast!). The cake tastes so good- I was pretty amazed. I saw the "chips and guacamole" on another blog and just loved them! They taste amazing as well! I was hoping the chips looked a little more chip-like but taste trumps looks I guess! Both are a perfect way to celebrate boxing, friends and good food!
